We have available a number of impurity levels of Tyre Wire scrap or Steelcord scrap. The impurities are in the form of adhered rubber and fibre/fluff. 1.Steel Cord from the shredding of waste tyres 0.2mm âï¿Â&frac*2;ï¿Â&frac*2; 0.8mm. Impurity levels from 5% to *9.5% depending upon plant. ***** to: CER CODE: *9.*2.*2 BASEL CODE: B ***0 HS CODE: ***4.***0.*0 ISRI CODE: **1 3.Analysis: Available upon request. 4.Uses: This is a harmonic steel used in the foundries to increase the carbon content in metal casting. 5.POP: Available upon request, minimum of date verifiable photographs of product in situ. Origin of this product is Italy, all plants holding required regional authorisation. 6.Storeage and Packaging: Bulk and bales are stored within covered facilities on cement floors awaiting shipment. Big Bags are stored initially within the facility and then moved outside to await loading. Available in bulk, bales (various sizes and weights) and big bags (1mx1mx2m âï¿Â&frac*2;ï¿Â&frac*2; preferred supply method). 7.Shipment: Spot and Trial âï¿Â&frac*2;ï¿Â&frac*2; not accepted by supplier. Minimum order **0MTs. Contract available for long term supply. 8. Payment Terms: **0% Irrevocable LC, releasable upon BL. For contract supply, initial shipment by LC, supplementary shipments by Revolving LC. 9. Inspections / Site Visits Inspections by Intertek/SGS etc welcomed âï¿Â&frac*2;ï¿Â&frac*2; at buyerâï¿Â&frac*2;ï¿Â&frac*2;s account.
