Grease hydrolysis catalyst OS**2 1. Brief Product Introduction:
It can be used for most grease hydrolysis. By using free radicals
principle, it can accelerate hydrolysis speed and make glycerin
stripping much easier. It is generally applied in soybean oil, palm
oil, palm oil, coconut oil, cottonseed oil, etc. Because there are
varieties of oils, the user should test to decide the dosage for
other oils. One of the advantages of the OS**2 is that it can avoid
the discoloration or turning green of the finish product which can
commonly be caused by other products. 2. Performance Index:
1). Content: ≥*0%
2). PH: ***3
3). Appearance: yellow liquid (it will be darker below *5℃) 3.
Usage:
1).It is suggested the ratio between the grease hydrolysis catalyst
and oil is 1:**0, and add some sulfuric acid (*8%) appropriately as
well as *0% water. (How many the sulfuric acid should to be added
is depend on the oil type and the total amount)
2). The reaction time can be appropriately shortened when the
reaction temperature is ******8℃(Normally the reaction time is
***0 hours). But how long it will be shortened should be decided by
you after testing.
3). After reacting, the product should be dissolved in sweet water.
It can be separated from the finished product by pickling, washing.
For by-products, it is soluble in wastewater by releasing from the
glycerin. It will not cause any pollution in wastewater which can
be discharged by general treatment. The biodegradation of the
product is above *5%.
4). During the reaction, if there are rising bubbles caused by the
product, you could add *0ppm of de-foaming agent PS**0 produced by
us to solve it.
5). In sewage, if there are too much foams, it can be added
*****0ppm of PS**0 when discharging to solve it.
