The function of Fk-Type valveï&frac*4;š ● Safe valve: to set up the safeguard pressure of the input port of steering control Units ● Bi-directional Over Loading valve :to set up the safeguard pressure of oil cylinder. ● Bi-directional Fill Oil valve :to prevent produce inspiration phenomena when oil cylinder is impulsed by overload . ●Single-way valve of entrance port :to prevent produce re-push steering wheel phenomena when oil cylinder pressure is higher than input port at steering. Open -core and no sense steering system The features and demand : ● The middle of the steering control unit is in open core, that is to say , when the steering control unit doesn’t work , the hydraulic oil circle oil box directly , which cross the inner of the steering control unit . ● Simple steering system which is used widly. ● The system should use quantificational pump to supply oil. ● The system is simple and in common use. steering control Closed-core and no sense steering system The features and demand : ● The middle of the steering control unit is in closed core, that is to say , when the steering control unit doesn’t work , the hydraulic oil is held up by steering control units , because the entrance of steering control units has higher pressure. ● The system should use pressure compensation variable pump to supply oil. ● It is used in heavy –load and large –sized machine. The features and demand ● It has all performance about load sensing. ●A part of hydraulic oil cross the alterable throttle and enter into the antrum of oil cylinder in term of definite proportion. ● Under *0rpm , the magnify ration is lager as the speed is higher to reach max. ●To carry out supply heavy displacement when steering with high speed and little displacement when steering with low speed. ●To supply less manpower steering displacement and achieve less manpower steering moment. Load sensing steering control system    Load sensing steering control system is combined with pump, preferential valve, load sensing redirector, steering overfall valve and system overfall valve. The advantages: ●It has good pressure compensation for the changes of steering load. ●Steering loop doesn’t influence others which use mainstream and only a little stream cross steering control units, the system is saving*-energy . . ●The pressure of steering loop has preferential flow and reliable steering. ●The features of medium pressure isn’t influenced by displacement. ● Pump****-Adapting quantificational pump, pressure compensation variable pump, pressure displacement compensation variable pump and using open-core system with quantificational pump; when it is using pressure compensation variable pump, EF should adapt load sensing system or closed –core system. ● Preferential valve**- preferential valve must receive max displacement and ensure preferential flow; preferential valve control pressure should be accord with steering control displacement .and the dynamic signal preferential valve should be accord with the dynamic signal steering control suits. ●LS pipeline***-LS pipeline is usually less than 2m , which transmit the pressure signal from the inner of steering control suit to preferential valve. ● Steering safe valve***-to set up the pressure of preferential valve and overfall valve to be higher 2Mpa than demand. ●System safe valve***- If system safe valve is used to meet the demand of pump that its pressure must be higher than the pressure of preferential valve.
