INMER-LINE it’s a modern extrusion line for ice-cream production for example: ice-cream in stick, cones (“ball cone” type), sandwich (brick), bars, layer cakes and rolls. Equipment of the line enables for extruding many type of ice-cream, chocolate coating with or without nuts, “product in product” type production and also for hardening and packaging. The line can also hardening other type of ice-cream, which were produced on another line. Capacity of the line – to ***0 pieces/hour. INMER-LINE has a modern hygienic construction, which permit for quick re-setting to different types of products, including ice-cream with juice coating (liquid nitrogen). The line is completely automated due to its’ electronic synchronization and servo-drives on most of stations, and packaging machine Flow-Pack type. All of this is a result of limit personnel number involved, reduction of energy consumption and achieve required capacity at the same time. The ice-cream is extruded directly into a tray, which is made of stainless steel AISI **4, on machines’ board, where pump washing station is placed. Extrusion of the product it’s an interrupted process, while product is cut for portion by “hot wire”. In case of ice-cream cakes or cones, dosing is performed by “time-lap” feeders, installed on special station with servo-drives. After dosing, product is transported to the hardener, where stayed for a while to full hardening. Following, the product is coating with chocolate or juice. After coating, product is moved by tong conveyor, where congeal is going. Then, the product is directed to the Flow-Pack packing machine, model SPARROW.
