Description

Alhagi pseudoalhagi grows in uzbekistan. Its active compounds are proanthocyanidines. The preparation is of low toxicity. It possesses an expressed antioxidant effect. Under conditions of pathology three-day course decreases conjugates by xxxxx% and malonic dialdehyde by xxxxx%, anti-inflammatory affect improves microcirculation in various organs and tissues. It inhibits an edema inducing by administration of formalin by xxxxx%. Alhinol induces a number of positive metabolic effects in organs and tissues: Increases energetic charge in cells by *5%, contributes to activation of gluco-neogenesis, better safety of the fund of reserve carbohydrates. It increases glycogen content by *0%. The preparation can be successfully used for correction of disturbed metabolism and processes of peroxide oxidation. Toxicological trial of alhinol in oral administration in the doses of *0,*5 and **0 mg/KG showed that the preparation belongs to the low toxic compounds. It is concluded that alhinol is a nontoxic preparation and can be used in various fields of medicine.
