Product Introduction
Jawstone crusher is one of the most widely used crushing equipment in mining industry. It features simple structure, easy maintenance, stable performance, even final particles and high crushing ratio. SANYYO jaw crusheris devided into two series based on the feeding size and discharged size :coarse crushing and fine crushing. It is mainly applied in the primary crushing in which the compressive strength of original material is under **0Mpa in the field of mining, metallurgical, construction, road and railway building, water conservancy and chemistry etc.
working principle:
Jaw crusher is mainly consisted of frame,eccentric shaft,belt wheel, movalbe jaw, motor, toggle plate,backseat of the toggle plate ,fixed or movable jaw plate and so on. The motor transmits power through belt thus drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw increases when movable jaw moves up. So the movablejaw get close to the fixed jaw. The stones will be extruded and crushed . The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and movable jaw decreases when movable jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.
