Lube Oil System is composed of Lube Oil Console, Jacking Oil Unit, Rundown Tank, Electric Control etc. Itprovides lube oil, control oil, emergency oil to the bearings, gears, pistons of machinery train at required flow, temperature and cleanliness.
The essential part of lube oil system is Lube Oil Console, which is composed of oil reservoir, pump, oil cooler, accumulator, oil mist eliminator, control instruments, valves and piping etc.
We design and fabricate API **4/Non API**4 Lube Oil Console according to customers’ specific requirements. Each oil system component is subjected to strict inspections and they are assembled on base plate as one console. Console tests are then performed at verify the performance of the complete system before shipping.
