Description
SUGAR
Granulated sugar
is poured into bouncer.
It is carried to the upper bouncer by means of helix.
It flows from the upper bouncer into the mixer.
Water is injected into the mixer together with sugar.
The sugar mixed with water in the mixer is poured in the mould
feeder.
Filling is made into the moulds by means of the filling fingers in
the mould feeder.
Weight volumetric adjustment in grams is applied to the sugar
filled in the moulds.
The excessive weight of the sugar adjusted in grams is taken by the
scraper plate.
The sugar adjusted by weight in grams is ready for the press.
It is pressed by being compressed between the press cam and the
press plate.
The pressed sugar is put on the wire band.
After the cube sugar is put on the band, the moulds are cleaned by
the brush bowl and brush.
This process keeps on throughout the period that the machine
operates synchronously.
