PDC core bits incorporating
PDC(Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) cutters can be very cost
effective and very productive, which are applied to rock formations
of f≤*0,mainly used for geological and hydrology
drilling.
We have two main types of core
bits are available: rib core bits and flat core bits.
The rib core bits are applied
to rock formation of f≤6, like mudstone, sandstone, etc. And the
flat core bits are applied to rock formations of f≤*0,like
limestone, granite, etc.
Our core bits adopt 2 cutters,
flat and dome-shaped cutters ,
The flat cutters have high
abrasion resistance and fast drilling efficiency, suitable for
drilling integrate formation.
The dome-shaped cutters have
high impact resistance and stable drilling performance, suitable
for formations with hard interbed layers.
