SKHZYE-DGM*3 is a unique blend of cellulase and other enzymes that aid in releasing stickies from fiber surfaces. It operates on the same principle as enzymatic toner ink removal.  The complex enzyme preparation primarily reduces stickies off recycled pulps. Properly applied SKHZYE-DGM*3 can hasten the release of sticky particles from the host fiber surface and is subsequently removed by flotation.  Its efficiency in these tasks are well documented and offers many benefits compared to conventional methods to achieve the same result.

CHARACTERISTICS:
SKHZYE-DGM*3 is in powdered form operating between a broad range of pH value from 4.5 to 9.0 and temperature between *5°C to *0°C. SKHZYE-DGM*3 is also available in liquid form with a tan to orange color with a slight fermentation odor. This product is miscible with water and has a pH level of 5.5 ±1.0 at *0°C.

PACKAGING:
SKHZYE-TPE*0 is packaged at *5 kg. in fibre drum. Alternative packaging is available upon request.

The optimal dosage depend on temperature, pH and consistency of the pulp. For best results, the dosage should be determined and decided through experiments according to the real objective conditions. Application protocols for SRE can be tailored to best suit the specific process. However, the following can generally apply under optimal conditions:
Dosage: ******0 g/ T pulp (normally added at the hydropulper to ensure uniform mixing)
Pulp Properties: pH 7.0 
Temperature:between *0°C and *0°C
Deactivation: SKHZYE-DGM*3 can be deactivated by raising the pH above *1 or raising the temperature above *1°C

STORAGE:
Store in cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. The product maintains its activity for considerably longer time when stored at lower temperatures (below *5°C) but should not be frozen. Stored properly in sealed containers and under correct conditions, SKHZYE-DGM*3 retains more than *0% of its potency even over a year.

HANDLING:
SKHZYE-DGM*3 is not toxic and is biodegradable. However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided. Avoid direct inhalation. Exposure to SKHZYE-DGM*3 for some individuals sensitive to it should be avoided. Use proper dry implements when transfering the product from its container for use. Wash hands with warm soapy water after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
