Epoxy structural adhesive

Description

 Epoxy grout (two-component) used for repairing concrete, and filling cracks and holes. KTISODUR G has a lightweight texture enabling it to be applied on vertical surfaces without dripping. KTISODUR G is used primarily to restore damages on concrete mortars, repair cracks, as well as reinforce anchoring of steel in concrete constructions.

KTISODUR G is an epoxy grout with very strong mechanical and bonding properties, and has significant resistance to acids, alkalis, salt and other chemical abrasions. KTISODUR G has a lightweight texture enabling it to be applied on vertical surfaces without dripping. SURFACE PREPARATION
Thorough surface preparation is critical in order to ensure maximum adhesion and optimal results. The substrate should be clean, dry, and robust. It should be free of any materials that may prevent bonding such as dust, oils, or any other residues. 
The ideal application temperature for the material is between *5oC and *5oC. When working at lower temperatures, slower curing times may be experienced. When working at high temperatures the material may be softer than expected upon application. Store the material in cool dry places at all times.
