Elastic Waterproof Coating is a kind of single composition water-based acrylic waterproof coating. It is made by taking
pure acrylicemulsion and polyatomic polyacrylic acid
emulsion as the basic materials and adding a variety of additives and inorganic
fillers.After
coating,elastic waterproof
membrane with resilient property andstrong cohesive force can be formed, and a
rigid-flexible joint ofcomplete
waterproofing system shall be
shaped on the substrate, so as to
adapt to the various structural deformations and act as the
function of long-term waterproof and impermeability. This product
can be made as different colors.
Applications
This
product is widely used for waterproof, moisture-proof,
reconstruction and leak repairing of those parts, such as concrete
roofing, wall, asbestos cement tile roofing, interior wall,
bathroom and warehouse. It can also be used as protective coating
of other waterproof layers.
Features
It can be constructed directly on
wet or dry substrate made by different materials.
The coating layer has high
flexibility, sturdiness, waterproof, high and low temperature
resistance, good aging resistance and better capacity of UV
protection than other waterproofing products. Its service life is
above *5 years.
There are many different colors for
choice. It has strong caking property and good scalability.
This product is a single composition coating and easy to be
constructed in short time.
It is non-poisonous and tasteless.
It is always alternatives of currently used solvent-based
waterproofing coatings, such as polyurethane coating and SBS
coating.
It can be mixed with different
colors and deployed as decorative waterproofing coating.
Property
The product needs to be placed in
clean, dry, and airtight plastic barrels, with *0kg per
barrel.
Its transportation should be as per
the requirement of non-dangerous goods. And in transportation it
should prevent being drenched, insolated, extruded, collided, and
inversed, and should keep the package in perfect order.
This product should be stored in
well ventilated, dry and cool place, avoiding to be exposed
directly to the sun. It should not be stocked below

Construction
Suggestion
Before coating, the substrate
surface should be smooth, dry, free of sand, free of floating dust
and with great strength. For old roof, the original cracked and
bulged waterproofing layer and dust should be removed
completely.
The construction should start
from the internal and external angles, then to the vertical plane,
then to large areas. If there are cracks with the width of over
1mm, it should be sealed with some materials firstly.
In order to guarantee the quality of
construction, the material should be stirred evenly and
thoroughly.
