Our modules are available individually or as part of an 8 module centrally controlled system.

 All of our systems are fully self contained and have automatic climate control, watering and nutrient dosing systems. Our systems recycle the water used in them through a gravity fed sump pump in the floor of the module. The water goes through the sump pump and is fed back through the filtration system and re used on the crop. This prevents both wastage of water as well as nutrients.

You may be familiar with the growing process but basically it is as follows:

*Grain is soaked to remove excess dirt, bugs etc (important step in preventing mould and bacteria outbreaks)

*       1 , 1.*5kg of grain is measured and spread into each tray. Can be cultivated between 7kg to *0kg fresh grass from single tray

*Trays are placed on racking system and can be easily slid along the roller system.

*       After 7 days of growth the trays of fodder are removed from the module. The fodder brick can then be loaded onto a vehicle or similar to be distributed to animals.

*      The used trays are then rinsed in a water mixture containing our natural antibacterial agent.

*       Trays are then re loaded with pre soaked seed and placed back in the module and the growth cycle begins again.
