Mortar 

It is made of high quality bauxite chamotte, flint clay, high purity silicon carbide, electrical forging anthracite, various special micro powder and new-type compound bonding.It is noted for lower content in iron, alkaline and impurities, good volume stability and thermal shock resistance under high temperature ,high strength and energy saving.The product has good fluidity and can wiggle slowly in small gap and . short hardening time. Its initial setting time can be over *0 hours for complete penetration. It has elasticity without rupture even gap after hardening.  It can bind strongly with furnace shell and furnace lining as one part. After heating there are small expansion to fully fill the gap between furnace shell and cooling wall to avoid the gas leak from the gap.They are widely accepted in Fire clay mortar , Silica mortar ,Unshaped refractory materials for blast furnace and hot –blast stove-refractory slime , Unshaped refractory materials for blast furnace and hot –blast stove-corundum ramming mass and corundum mortar, kinds of refractory slime ,kinds of mortar and so on .
