Description
1. Antioxidation
Chlorogenic acid is an effective phenolic
antioxidant, its antioxidant capacity is better than coffeic
acid,para
hydroxybenzoic acid, ferulic
acid, syringic acid,butyl
hydroxy anisol (BHA) and
tocopherol. Chlorogenic acid contains a certain amount of R-OH that
can form hydrogen radical with antioxidation effect to eliminate
hydroxyl radicals and super oxide anion radicals, and so on, which
can protect tissues from oxidative damage.
2. Protecting liver and
gallbladder
The water-soluble part
ofhoneysuckle flower forms four-acetyl compounds
afteracetylation which can
protectsignificantlyliver from damage caused by carbon
tetrachloride, therefore, chlorogenic acid has the effect on
protecting liver and gallbladder.
3. Antibacterial and anti-viral
effects
Chlorogenic acid
andisochlorogenic acid can
strongly inhibit and kill a variety of pathogenic bacteria and
virus, and it has the
pharmacological effects on normalizing the secretion and discharge
of bile,lowering the blood
pressure, anti-bacteria,
diminishing inflammation,promoting obviously gastrointestinal
peristalsis and simulating thesecretion of gastric fluid, etc.
Functions:
1.To prevent and treat
disease, it can kill staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus
pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, some parasites and virus, prevent and
treat some acute gastrointestinal bacterial
coccidiosis;

poultry;
4.To improve digestion,
