The XQG**2 planetary inertia
cutter made by Xinyuan Corporation is a design of compaction in
structure. It cut plastic pipes with blade or rolling knife. The
main combinations of the machine are simply with a driving shaft, a
pin, two blade or rolling knife and a inertia wheel those mounted
on a moving station. The station follow the pipe production speed
pneumatically, and at the same time grasp the pipe for the
preparation of cut off. By the advantage of less weight of the
moving station the machine performs obviously a reliable function.
Compared with traditional design the inertia cutter is much easy
for maintenance, and also is a Cost-effective product. The machine
was designed for cutting PE and PPR pipes in production line, it
has a cutting range from *6 to *2 millimeters in diameter.
