Description
Magnetic electric
contact pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure of liquid
without explosion danger, crystallization, or corrosion on alloy.
Applied with the corresponding electric device, the instrument can
achieve the double purposes of automatic controlling and warning of
the measured pressure system.
The Instrument has a measure-control function, so it can
arbitrarily set the upper or lower control pressure. The operation
is stable and reliable. It can be widely used in the petroleum,
chemical, power plants, metallurgical and other industrial
enterprises.
Structure & Theory:
The Instrument consists of the measurement system, indicating
devices, magnetic electrical contacts devices, the outer casing,
adjusting device, junction box and other components.
When the measured pressure acts on the spring tube, it will produce
the corresponding elastic deformation at the end part -
displacement. Amplified by the transmission device, it will be
showed on the reading device by indicating device.
Meanwhile, the pointer drives the movable contactor on the electric
contact set, then contacts with the predefined pointer. When the
two pointers meet, the control system switches on or off the
current circuit to achieve automatic control or to send a single to
warn.
There is a permanent magnet, which can be adjusted, on the
electrical contact signal pin of the electric contact device. It
can increase the suction of the contacts and can speed up the
action. It will make sure that the contact is stable, the arc is
eliminated. It also can effectively avoid the frequent contacts off
of the instrument as a result of vibration or media environment
pressure fluctuation. So the instrument has many advantages, such
as, reliable action, long life, greater power contact switch,
etc..
