The basic principle is: by the heat dissipated by LED light source, to heat the air in the heat sink’s punctured grid, the air expands and flows upwards, then the cold air supplements fast, the air is heated and circulates, forming an endless air convection and heat exchange. The heat source emitted by LED light source becomes the dynamic source of air circulation, strengthening the effects of cooling, making the LED heat sink cool quickly. The advantage of the cooling structure is more obvious when it is in a dusty cement plant, and it obtained great success in the past years of application.
