HJ Vertical mill is one kind of roller mill. As requested, it
may be equipped with 3 or 4 rollers. Each roller is composed of
fixed roller, rocker arm and hydraulic system. Motive force unit, a
standard part in the whole, can be arranged in two components,
three components or four components around mill disc.
Raw material feeds into discharge pipe through rotary discharger and enters into the mill through the side or the center of the separator. The material then falls into the center of mill disc with the help of gravity and air flow. Constant rotation of mill disc connecting with the reducer will distribute material evenly in the lining plate of mill disc. Then inclined mill roller will bite and pulverize the material to finish grinding of materials under the action of pressure and friction.
Pulverized material comes to the edge of mill disc from the center because of centrifugal force. Material off mill disc will enter into hot gas in the mill through air ring and enter into the Sepratator via the middle of the mill shell. During the process, heat exchange happens with most moisture evaporated, leaving only 1% of the moisture. Unpulverized material as requested will be selected by the Separator and sent back to the mill disc.

(5) The above condition suits limestone grinding. Do mill selection
according to the characteristic of the material.
