Modular bag dust collectors enable us to install a dust collector like building with blocks. The modular bag dust collector can be a single module with *2 bags or multi modules with unlimited bags. Each module contains *2 bags and available in 6 heights. The needle felt bag lengths are for ***0mm, ***0mm, ***0mm, ***0mm, ***0mm and ***0mm as well as pleated bags. Since they are constructed from a combination of basic modules, there is almost no limit to the size of the collector.

Features:

1. Lowest shipping freight. Each modular can be shipped in standard container, greatly reduce the freight.

2. Quickest erection of system. Components of each modular are finished and installed in factory. What you have to do is to blot the flanges of each modular together. No welding work is required on site.

3. No limit to the size of the collector. They can work as a single modular unit. When constructed with a combination of basic modules, there is almost no limit to the size of the collector.

4. Flexible designed structure. Each modular is available in different height to accommodate different airflow. Inlet and outlet are special designed to achieve optimal airflow.

5. Minimum maintenance. Tool-free installation of filter bags & cages. Easy access door on top of dust collectors.

6. Pleated bags have 3 times more filter area than needle felt bags
