Description

We are an industrial platform of collection, regrouping, sorting, recycling and reclamation of used tires.
WE recycles and reclaim nearly **0,**0 tons of used tires per year i. E. The majority of the annual production of used tires in South Africa.

Our Products types:

-Shredded Tire Rubber
-Tire scraps: crushed tire,
-Tire rubber crumbs or fine powder,
-Textile fillings,
-Steel filings: steel rods, cables and skeleton.



- Apparent Density (Without Compressing): **6 kg/m3 or 0,**6 (adimensional)
- Industrial Process of Manufacturing: exclusively with a mechanical crushing of the tires at ambient temperature
- Characteristic Dimensions: From 5,5 to *8 cm, average : ~*2 cm
- Density: from 2 to 4 times lower than for the equivalent natural materials
according to the size of the crushed tires (cf. `APPARENT DENSITY (WITHOUT COMPRESSING)')
- Porosity-index of The Vacuums: from *7 to *9 % according to the size, against *2 to *0 % for natural materials
- Hydraulic Conductivity: from 5·***5 to 0,*5 m/s even under a pressure of ***0 T/m2, against **- 4m/s for a porous ground for example
- Compressibility: from *0 to *0 %, i.e. 7 times more than for equivalent natural materials
- Compaction: from *5 to *3 kN/m3 against *0 to *5 kN/m3 for the gravels
- Shear Strength: equivalent to usual materials
- Thermal Conductivity: 3 times less than for equivalent natural materials
