Work Principle

The beginning of this line is from the roasted peanut kernel with red skin, through the elevator conveyor, material enter into the feeder, and distributed averagely by 3 tubes. Then the peanut kernel automatically enter into decorticating room which is composed of two sand rollers, Under the function of rolls friction and rotating, the red skin is taken away. The light red skin goes down under the suction of air fan, its collected by the special apparatus. The blanched white peanut kernel is obtained.

This peanut peeling machine adopts advanced technology for blanching the roasted peanuts, and it has characteristics of compact structure, low consumption & high efficiency, long user life and high efficiency & decorticating ratio, simple operating and maintenance.
