Technocrats LLC is a company in Dubai, UAE specializing in various
forms of casting of ferrous and non ferrous alloys- including
aluminium, brass, bronze and cast iron. We also trade in stocks of
industrial equipment and spares such as hydraulic fittings,
pneumatic fittings, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, forklifts,
filters, compressors, sprockets, v-belts, etc.
Our cast products range in weight, for a single cast piece, from a
few grams to hundreds of kgs. We also undertake machining of cast
pieces as well as fabrication of steel for related products. We
undertake casting of brass, aluminium, bronze, stainless steel,
ductile iron as well as cast iron for mechanical components all
over Dubai, Sharjah as well as Abu Dhabi. We undertake in our
foundry various forms of casting including centrifugal casting,
sand casting, investment casting, spin casting and full-mold mould
casting, die casting, etc. Our casting products include steel
products, brass fitings, brass screws, bronze fittings and bronze
bushings, aluminium patterns, etc.
We also manufacture pulleys, brake drums, industrial parts, machine
elements, gears, gratings, grills, brackets, etc. to order.
