Assemble roving for thermoplastics is typically used to produce thermoplastics with long-fiber extrusion process. The resins and roving are extruded together by a screw pump and chopped into plastic pellets. The end-use applications include automotive parts, home appliances, chemical corrosion resistance, etc.

Product Description:
1) E-glass continuous roving is designed for use in extrusion process.
2) It is applicable for reinforcement of thermoplastics, such as PP, PA, PBT, PET, ABS, etc.
3) Silane-Based Sizing.

Storage
This product should be stored in a dry, cool and rainproof place with temperatures from 5oC to *5oC and humidity between *5% and *5%. It is recommended to be put under room temperature for over *4 hours prior to use, finished within *2 months upon receipt by customer and kept in intact package when not used to avoid damp.

It is the ideal reinforcement material of thermoplastics. It is coated with silyl treated compound and is a general product that could be soluble in various resins.

It is produced through long-fiber extrusion processing and pultrusion. The resins and roving are extruded together by a screw pump, water-cooled and short cut into plastic grains. The roving is widely used in automotive parts, home appliances, machinery tools, chemical antiseptic and sports, etc.
