In the tyre industry for splitting "Cap and Base": For "Cap
and Base" of tyre treads. Materials of different quality is used.
Therefore it ismore economical to split the Cap from the Base
rather than committing the whole tread to reclaim.
The double unvulcanized tyre treads are deformed between
profile elements in such a way that the line of sepaaration between
Cap and Base material is straight and parallel to the
bandknife.
The separated different rubber formulations can be mainly
reprocessed in their quality category. They do not have to be used
for an agglomerated rubber formulation for lower quality.
Return Compound Rubber Splitting Machine are used to split the
blank tyre rubber before it is sulphurized. These kinds of blank
tyre rubber are the compound Tread Rubber, Triangle Rubber and
