PL2 Sand Production line Mining Machine

(1) Composition

Sand production line is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine (VSI vertical shaft impact crusher), vibrating screen, sand washer, fine sand collecting machine and belt conveyor. According to different technical requirements, various types of equipment can be assembled to meet customer's different process requirements. It is widely used for variety of aggregate such as hard limestone, granite, basalt, pebble, metallurgical slag and artificial sand making production, in hydroelectric project, building material, highway, urban construction, etc.

(2) Basic Flow

1 Raw stone be dropped on vibrating feeder from dumping chute for uniform feeding and pre-screening, then enters into coarse crusher/PE jaw crusher via belt conveyor. Crushed stone be conveyed to the fine crusher/VIS impact crusher for further crush via belt conveyor.

2 After vibrating screens there will be two kinds of stone, the qualified stone will be send to final stone silo/pile while the disqualified stone(bigger stone) will be returned to VIS impact crusher for re-crushing.

3 If needed, the qualified sand should be sent to a XS/XL sand washer but not final sand pile for washing off dust. Then be send to a linear vibrating screen for dewatering. Use a belt conveyor to send the dewatered sand to final sand pile.

4 If the fine sand <5mm should be recycled, a SK sand collecting/recycling machine is needed. The collecting rate is *0% and the final water content will be around 2%.

(5) Drawing and On-site Training

1) flow sheet drawing be given along with quotation.

2) after getting the site photos and topographic map, the final layout drawing will be given.

3) foundation drawing(concrete structure or steel frame structure) and steel accessary drawing(silo,hopper,chute,etc) be supplied FOR FREE. The steel accessaries can be quoted and supplied if needed.

4) installation and maintenance manuals in English for all machines enclosed in a strong polybag shipped along with machines

5) We will send workers to install and adjust the machines, and our workers are also responsible for the training of the buyer's workers,wever, do not worry about the passport of the workers. Customer be responsible for each of our technician’s accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets, self-security and *0 USD per day abroad.

6) our machines are accepted by ISO***1:***8. If third-party testing is needed, the fee should be covered by customer.
