In AAC block machine production line, we will pour the proportioned ingredients slurry to AAC block mould, now we need the AAC pouring mixer machine, slurry will be mixed and poured by this AAC mixer pouring machine for AAC block molding.
The casting machine is mostly used to mix slurry, cement, lime,
gypsum, and aluminum powder and paste suspension fluid, all of
which are injected into a tank in a centain proportion to make
uniform mixture and make full reaction. The mixing intensity and
duration in the tank play a important part in the quallity of
aerated concrete.
Structure Features of the AAC block casting mixing and
pouring Machine:
The pouring machine is propeller mixing which forms a strong swirl
in the tank to break the coating of lime particles, thus making
full mixture. Its lifting pouring arm adjusts its height with the
pouring process to prevent splashing automatically. This casting
machine can be made in fixed or flexible type to meet the defferent
needs of customers.
The former type can be further divided into floor and mounted
type.
