The powder particles contain vitamin A palmitate finely indroplets of 0.**2 μm embedded in a matrix of gum arabic (E **4) and sucroseand coated with starch. The product contains dl-α-Tocopherol (E **7) as an antioxidant and tricalcium phosphate (E **1) as an anticaking agent.
