Description
1.The feeding

feeding speed and decrease the rate of cardboard blocking when
using back-kick feeding system.

pressure centrifugal fans auxiliary feed the cardboard to ensure

cardboard thickness and dimension.
3.Frequency
converter control the force, make sure the smoothly feeding
.Ultra-thin feeding function, Even 2mm thickness cardboard can be
used.
4. Front bar
is adjusted manually . Right bar is electrically adjusted.
Left bar own the function of pneumatic flapping. Adjusting of the
back bar ( left ,right,up
and down) is manual, convenient , fast and
precise.
5. PLC
control, unite control panel on control desk, simple and clear ,
convenient and swift. The main motor apply the frequency
converter controling the speed, start smoothly and adjust the speed
according the user.
6. Equipped
with the number counter , easy and clear for production. Start with
the alarm bell ring, more safety.
7. The wall
panel applies supper
quality Cast Iron , *0mm thickness, down feeding roller is made by
high quality steel with balance alignment and hard chrome
plated.
8. Upper
feeding roller is covered by wearable rubber , long life span.
