basalt sink

basaltis mined from the extinct volcano mountainous area in Fujian Province. It is a stone derived from the hardening of lava from the eruption of volcanos. The stone color ranges between dark blue grey and blackish. Basalt is one of the most durable stones for indoor and outdoor use, once installed needs no maintenance. Basalt can be processed into floor tiles, steps, window sills, fireplaces, columns and so on in a variety of finish such as polished, honed, flamed, chiseled, hammered, planned, brushed ect. Basalt is usually used for floor, cladding, restoration, funeral-art and so on.
