Description

Features: The machine uses computer optimized design, it with four-column structure. Hydraulic control chooses cartridge valve integrated system with reliability, long service life, small hydraulic shock so as to reduce the connecting pipes and leakage point. There are independent electric control system and PLC control with high sensitivity reliability. Use pushbuttons controlling and adjusting, with two hands single circulating operation mode. By moving the control panel, it is enabled to fulfill two molding techniques called constant stroke and constant pressure. The pressure and stroke can be adjustable according to technique demands.

Applications: The machine is mainly applied to the cold and hot forming suppression of various types of pressure vessel’s end enclosure, which is also applied to all kinds of thick and thin steel’s pressure drums, folding and leveling.

Optional accessories: feed manipulator device, slider proportion adjustment mechanism, light curtain safety protection device, displacement sensing devices and mobile workbench。
