Description

HVAC Coil line FW2 is a fully automatic compact coil line that widely used in rectangular duct fabrication in China. Coil line FW2 consists of 2 integrated coil holders, levler, beader, hydraulic notchers and hydraulic shear. It is using closed-loop feedback system to produce superior electronics control which is providing high accuracy and stability. Coil line FW2 is upgrade of Coil line FW1. Operators can take the use of its cut-to-length before using a plasma cutting machine. Coil line FW2 has all the functions of Coil line FW1. The extra function is square notch and “v” notch. With the use of notchers, operators are able to fabricate duct with TDF flange or drive cleat. In the coil holder, it still uses limited switch for coil feeding control. Beading rolls are manually adjusted through the handcrank located on side of the machine.
