Steel strap quenching and tempering

line) is mainly composed of
heating furnace, isothermal quenching furnace, tempering furnace,
welding machine, trimming machine, before the loop and after the
loop ,uncoiler,
coiler, electronic control system and auxiliary
system.
Due to heating
and cooling in protecting atmosphere, so the surface of steel strip
can be kept light without oxidation and
decarburization.
Full range of equipment using
frequency control, temperature closed-loop adjustment, PLC control,
human-computer screen connected, according to market demand for
flexible adjustment of product varieties and specifications, in
this production line can produce different intensity levels and
different surface state of high-strength steel strip.
Production line

1, the heating method:
Using resistance furnace heating, cover an
