Rice – Mid to Late **0’s (CIF)

FULL POP PROCEDURES (ONCE SELLER KNOWS BUYER CAN BUY)
1. Seller agent sends soft offer (this document)
2. Buyer sends LOI / ICPO to Seller (Top *0 Bank) with banker’s verbal confirmation is OK.
3. Seller issues FCO for the Buyer already signed by Seller.
4. Buyer returns signed FCO

5. Seller issues Draft Contract in favor of the Buyer. Upon signature from Buyer, the Buyer will also receive FULL POP upfront and in the name of the Buyer.
6. Seller and Buyer exchange two Hard Copies by courier and copies are duly signed and sealed and will not delay the Buyer in issuing the Operative Letter of Credit.
7. Within *0 Banking Days the Buyer will issue the Operative Letter of Credit in favor of the Seller.
8. Delivery and shipment commence as per contract.
