1, sand:

3, Cement:

Provides calcium materials, ensures the intensity of the bricks. The main function of the Cement guarantee the stability of casting, accelerate the hardening of green brick and the intensity of the cut green brick.

4, Gypsum (adjust material) :

(1) It makes inhibition function in a cement early hydration action, prevents   hesitation-set phenomenon of the cement;

(2) Restrains lime digestion, makes the digestive time prolonged, and reduce its final digestion temperature;

(3) Effects in aluminum reaction, the production of aluminum contain sulfur acid calcium;

(4) Improves the strength of the green bricks and products, reduces contraction rate and improves the frost resistance.

5, Water: the purpose of adding water is to make sure the pulp material can stir well, ensures the slurry poured into the mold smoothly, and can be active and gas evolution.

6, steady bubble agent: It is the surface active substances, which reduces the tension of surface. Has ability of foaming and stability performance of bubble.
