GENERAL PROCEDURES and PAYMENT TERMS for CONTRACT (*2 Months) -
OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES
1. Buyer confirms soft offer and issues ICPO with full Banking
details and NCNDA –IMFPA agreement
2. Seller issues Draft Contract opens for amendments.
3. Buyer amends the Draft contract if any sign it and sends it back
to the Seller.
4. Seller issues Original Final Approved Contract via Email. Both
parties lodge contracts in Respective Banks.
5. Buyer issues a Full Funded Operative bank Confirmable L/C via
swift MT **0 or MT **9 to seller’s company nominated
Bank
*- Seller send in partial POP consist of Tank Storage Receipts, SGS
Report and Authorization for Dip Test for lift able together
with commercial invoice
*- Buyer verify the POP
*- Seller issue 2% PB to Buyer Bank with Full POP documents
