We provide our customers with a one-stop service – product development, design, manufacture, testing and on-site production support. Every DWM mould is a one-off design, tailor-made to the individual customer’s needs. The fittings range from *5 mm to ***0 mm in diameter. DWM tools are made from high grade plastic moulding steel with *6% chromium. Both the core and the wearing parts are hardened to guarantee an extremely long service life or up to 3 million production cycles.

 

DWM develops and produces moulds for large and small fittings. Our absolute speciality - and what sets us way ahead of our competitors - is our expertise in large-scale moulds for high volume plastic components. The DWM precision forge can produce tools weighing up to *0 t.

 

 

We offer our customers ready-to-use tools. Our comprehensive service extends from consultancy right through to fine-tuning the mould for the fastest possible refitting and production times. In addition to training customer’s staff on DWM premises, DWM technicians also visit customers on site to ensure a smooth start to produce
