Auto aluminum Corner-key Cutting Saw is professionally used for cutting aluminum corner key and it also can be used to cut PVC profiles. By means of control from PLC, the equipment can achieve one time fixture, automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatically output and figures showing cutting number and also can be adjusted manually. By means of installing linear motion bearings to ensure feeding accuracy and the oriented clamping device can ensure no residual sharp corners while machine cutting the corner key with length of 3 mm. It also adopts hydraulic damping cylinder to promote cutting feed and can cut the corner key with size of **0mm×**0mm. The entire head is covered by shield to ensure the safety of operators.
