The buyer is entitled to have the quantity and weight inspected and checked by CCIC or SGS after the arrival of the Product at the Port of Discharge. The weighing and sampling shall be carried out by Seller’s in accordance with standard and customary international practices at Seller’s expense. If the difference between the Seller’s and the Buyer’s sampled weight does not exceed +/*0.2%, then the Seller’s weight carried out at the Port of Discharge shall be deemed the final settlement weight. If the difference between the Seller’s and the Buyer’s sampled weight falls outside the range of +/*0.2%, then the sampled weight recorded at Port of Discharge, shall be deemed the final settlement weight.
