Description

The filter cartridge is made of sintered mesh with perforated metal as filtration material, which is rational designed about the allocated wire layers and meshes according to different service conditions and applications. It is sintered together with durable skeleton and filter wire mesh, so it enjoys the advantage of higher mechanical strength, superior backwash and low drop pressure. It is used widely in the equipment of such as intelligent self-cleaning,water treatment ,food and beverage etc.

We supply perforated panel to support the filter media in making of various filter elements. Using of perforated metal adds more strength and pressure resistance in filter flow.

Micron opening perforated metals are used as filters or screens itself in the screening of coal, gravel and ore; in the shifting and separation of food products and medical material, fine chemicals and oil. Hole patterns include round, square, hexagonal, oval and special openings.

The perforated panel and wire creen was developed to solve modern day screening problems which occur in wastewater pretreatment. It is characterized by its sturdy construction and operational reliability, and eliminates operational disruptions caused by fibrous and other inorganic material.
