Description
This production line adopts the optimal designed high-efficiency
single-screw extruder and conical double-screw extruder. It can mix
recycled plastic such as PE, PP, PVC and plant fiber such as
sawdust, saw powder, straw, wheat bran, rice husk sufficiently, and
make them into WPC board under special process craft. The main
molding modes for the WPC production include extrusion molding,
thermo-compression molding, injection molding, blow molding, etc.
Among them, the one with prominent features, widely application and
most mature technology is the extrusion molding mode. Main
machinery for the WPC extrusion molding include mixing machine,
granulator, single or double-screw extruder, three-roller
calendaring machine, cooling bracket, haul-off machine, plate
shearing machine and material reversal stacker, etc. WPC material
is made from modified thermo-plasticity plastic after the
strengthened treatment of wood fiber. With advantages of both wood
and plastic in cost and property, it can be used to produce
profiles, plates and other products after extruding and calendaring
treatment. WPC products are mainly used to replace wood for its
features of being water-proof, mothproof, environmental-friendly,
etc.
