        Returns & Warrantly

      · Customers must check the package once receiving.Please refuse to sign for the package and return to us when package damage during the freight.Then contact us ASAP  for the solutions.

       · Please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative to show some pictures and any details for confirmation before returning. Then get a unique address for return.

        · We should highlight that returning packages according to the address on shipping package could not be received by us. And buyers must be in charge of the loss in this case.  

        · Refunds given only if item DOA and cannot be replaced via PAYPAL . Please do remember that 5 days reporting time and *4 days returning time will be acceptable in these case and exceeding time limit will not be handled.
