WATER-BASED DIAZO PHOTOSENSITIVE EMULSION 

WPSE**1 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET 

WPSE**1 is used to create screen stencil. Its features include eco friendliness, high light sentitivity, outstanding resolution and definition, excellent durability on press and water resistance. This diazo emulsion works well with aqueous ink and water-based screen printing paste. 

Physical Apperance: bluish viscous emulsion. Solid Content: *8% Viscosity: around ***0mPa·s (*0℃) 

Direction to Use: Peparation: Mix the sensitizer with water as instructed on the bottle until thoroughly solute (around 5to*0minutes).Stirwellwithemulsionandstandfor*0minutesto *0minutesto reduce air bubbles before using. Or put the sensitizer directly into the emulsion, mix thoroughly and stand for atleast one hour (preferably overnight) before using. Coating Process: Apply with a clean trough coater one or two coats of emulsion on each side (upside and backside) of the screen frame. Further coats on backside is required for thicker stencils. Drying: put the coated screen in a heated airflow drying cabinet (*5℃**0℃) and stay (usually for *0 to *0 minutes) until complete emulsion drying. Exposure: Generally the exposure time depends on the type, number, age and capacity of UV lamp, coat thickness and bulb distance to the screen. Exemplary case is that under ***0W UV lamp, the suggested exposure time is *0s around. Further exposure under sunlight or UV tube is recommended after wash-up. 

Packing: 1kg/bottle, along with 1 package of sensitizer (5g) 

Storage: store the emulsion in a cool and dry environment under *0℃. Unsensitized emulsion has a shelf life of at least *2 months. For best results, use up the sensitized emulsion in a soon manner and coated screen should be put for exposure within 8 hours. Attention: screen stencils treated with TRIO-CHEM hardner will have a longer print life and resistance to screen cleaner.
