Insert Ball Bearing is kind of bearing that compact in structure, excellent seals, convenient of mounting and dismounting, self-aligning in width. It may make by pressing or jointing to choice with molding steel. Neither improved the capability of machines, nor reduced the cost. So it had widely application on agricultural machinery, weave machinery, food machinery and band carrier etc.  
  1. Trait of structure
 Insert Ball Bearing of supplied by our company mostly structure were three types for fastening piece. Insert Ball Bearing with jacking screw is fixed on shaft by two jacking screw, it just used in carry axial loading. Insert Ball Bearing with tapered adapter sleeve is contacted with shaft and bearing by screw cap on tapered adapter sleeve, so it could carry heavy axial loading. Insert Ball Bearing with eccentricity were fixed the shaft by screw bolt on eccentricity and contact with bearing together, therefore it could carry axial loading will be fine. 
  2. Fit dimensions
  The outer ring and housing of Insert Ball Bearing fits usually selected H7, Sometimes also selected J7 or K7 for different situation. Bore diameter of Insert Ball Bearing select tolerance is +, usually the diameter tolerance of shaft selected h7, h8, h9. 
  3. Method of mounting
  When you mounting the Insert Ball Bearing , first should covered the bearing on the shaft, mounting the bearing housing on support surface hard, than should fixed hard the bearing on the shaft. The method of mounting with bearing and shaft is: for Insert Ball Bearing with eccentricity, mounting the eccentricity on step of bearing inner ring, turning tight the eccentricity according to shaft running direction, finally tighten the bolt on eccentricity with wrench.
  4. Lubrication
  All of the Insert Ball Bearing filled the suitability grease when it finished assembly (our company select the grease is number two lithium base grease). If bearing is working in bad situation, high speed running and up *0¡æ temperature state, The bearing needs added some grease. But attention the grease must be same brand than original.
