Its main working parts are composed of stator and rotor.

The stator, under the action of centrifugal force and hydraulic force generated by rapid rotation of rotor, strongly shears the material, and also works on the material with centrifugal extrusion, impact rupture, the friction of the liquid layer, thus various medias incompatible with each other, such as solid, liquid, and gas phase are instantly refined evenly, dispersed and emulsified to help the original product achieve stability and high quality.
