SSBR is manufactured by an anionically initiated solution polymerization of styrene and butadiene. Compared with SBR, manufactured by emulsion polymerization, SSBR is excellent in processibility, viscoelasticity and physical properties at low temperature. Since the styrene content, microstructure and molecular weight are easily adjustable, the use of product is highly flexible.
