IT-1118 - Stainless Steel Spray

Description

A super tough, long lasting coating containing pure stainless steel in an ultra-durable resin system, it helps prevent deterioration caused by harsh chemicals & severe atmospheres. The SS spray is mainly used for getting highest degree of corrosion protection applications.

The coating is tack free in ***0 minutes & hard cure in two hours. This spray will leave a very uniform pure stainless steel powder coating on the coated substrate which is extremely passive to atmospheric oxidation that prevents rusting of stainless steel surface. It is rated the highest in corrosion proof coating for salt spray resistance. In addition, this stainless steel paint coating can be exposed to high temperatures up to **4°C.

Even in high temperature conditions, this products resistance to chemical exposure is not degraded. Typical applications include its use on radiators, steam Pipes, fire Hydrants, exhausts mufflers or on boilers, engines & heat exchangers. For use on ovens, storage/mixing tanks in chemical processing and production equipment etc.
