The followings are what we are doing and preparing for now, so I hope your company would kindly review it whether we could be one of your partners in Korea in order that we could develop and go forward through working together.

(1) Real Estate **-> Currently we are handling all kinds of real estates like Office buildings, Housings, Hotels, Resorts, Lands, Islands, etc where are in Korea. We are arranging the transaction between Buyers and Sellers. Especially we aim to Japanese and Chinese Investors who want to buy Korean real estates for the purpose of investment, leisure and living, etc. The price ranges are also wide from the smaller value to the bigger amount. If the Investor can suggest the target buying price with kind of real estate, we could recommend suitable real estates to the Investor in order that they can review and choose one of them.

For example, if the Investor want to buy resort in Korea with target price, we could arrange several resorts which could bring the higher asset value in the near future. If the Investor want to buy wonderful sightseeing land at island (like Jeju island) with suggested target price, we could also make an arrangement for the suitable land where is most wonderful place close to sea /or/ marvelous view place can see the sea.

In addition, as entrance into FTA (Free Trade Agreement) between Korea and USA, and between Korea and EU recently, more inquires are coming from overseas Investors to inquire on the factory land for the purpose of manufacturing the products in Korea who want to take an advantage through FTA and in order that reduce the import tax and easily export the goods to those markets (USA, EU) after making the goods in Korea.

With regard to the investment into Korean real estates by foreign Investors, as you might know, Korean government implements ‘Permanent Residence' system (like Green Card in the USA) by region and by investment amount for those foreign Investors. For example, if the Investor buys more than US$1Mil value of Alpensia Resort at Pyeongchang in Korea, Korean government will issue 'Permanent Residence' to the foreign Investor. If the Investor buys more than US$**0,**0 value real estate at Jeju island, Korean government will issue 'Permanent Residence' to the foreign Investor. If the Investor buys more than US$1.5Mil value real estate at New Living Complex at Incheon city, the foreign Investor will receive the certificate of Permanent Residence from Korean government. This 'Permanent Residence' system is invented bu Korean government to encourage the foreign Investors (especially for Chinese and Japanese people) and invite their investment into Korean real estate market.

(2) Entertainment **-> We are working with Korean entertainment companies who have K-Pop (Korean Pop song) stars, TV drama stars, Movie stars in order to introduce those stars into overseas entertainment market. We are aiming to Japan, China, and Asian market firstly, and we are also looking for the reliable entertainment agents who should have actual experiences for working with overseas entertainment companies before /or/ now.

(3) TV drama contents **-> We are preparing to promote for exporting Korean TV drama programs to overseas TV drama importing buyers /or/ end-customers (broadcasters). It is under processing and the business will be launched within the 2nd half of this year. We are also preparing for the induction of the investment into Korean Independent Film within the 2nd half of this year.

(4) Tourism **-> We are under preparing for the new touring program named 'Theme Tour in Korea' which is differentiated ones from the existing so-so touring program, so that we can offer comfortable and memorable experience when foreign tourists come in Korea. We also arrange for inviting foreign VIP tourists who want to enjoy CASIO game in Korea. We are aiming into Chinese and Japanese VIP people for inviting them into Korea firstly. The tourism program can be divided by two categories. One ('Theme Tour in Korea') is for general tourists, and the other (Casino game) is for VIP tourists only.

(5) Invitation of foreign TV broadcasting PD (Producer) **-> We are involving in governmental work as assistance company for the invitation of foreign TV broadcasting Producers into Korea. The main sponsor is Korean MCST (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), and actually KPDE (Korea Producers & Directors' Educational Institute) is organizing this training program.

The main purpose of this program is, to invite foreign TV broadcasting Producers into Korea, and introduce Korean TV broadcasting technology, facilities, programs, and also give experiences of Korean culture to them, so that Korean government advertise Korean tradition, culture (named 'Korean Wave') to overseas countries through foreign TV Producers in order that those TV Producers can reflect Korean culture (Korean Wave) into TV programs when they produce it in their countries.

We have successfully implemented this program with Mongolian TV Producers (MNB) last year and currently it is still under implementing for three Chinese TV broadcasting producers now. It is consists of 3 weeks course educational program. We also plan to invite several foreign TV broadcasting Producers from various countries this year, and this training program will be continued in the next year.
