Upgrading on Protective Out Layer
Our engineers tracked and tested ***0 pieces of flexitanks at different transportation modes and conditions.We made those of the following revolutionary upgrading:
a) Protective out layer of BLT flexitanks are made of high-tech aramid fibers, and it has incomparable advantage at tension and softness against ordinary PP fiber.
b) Each *0cm between woven of the protective layer, there is a high strength zonal reinforcing rib. Their application will make an innovative upgrade in the flexitank safety area.
c) Protective out layer of BLT flexitanks is a 4 meters-width single time integral molding bag, and compared to traditional fission suture PP protective bag, it is more safe and reliable.
With the technical innovation above, BLT flexitanks always work well in the normal conditions, and even some rarely emergency events our flexitanks could perform well.
3 inch ball valve
a) Compared with butterfly valve, ball valve is sealed more closely and with better resistance to pressure. There is no block when valve is opened, which make liquid flow through freely and quickly.
b) In the joint position between internal valve and flexitank, a safty protection device is added. This device effectively prevents inner film layer blocking the valve, and make residual liquid the minimum after discharging.
Our technical team is continuously exploring the flexitank application area, and we has successfully developed flecitanks that could load high-temperature liquid at **0 degrees; and high barrier flexitanks for liquid which is sensitive to oxygen. We could also design according to specification provided by customers.
