Automatic block production line includes four parts:

• Batching and mixing system
• Block forming and transportation system
• Stacking system
• Fully automatic control system

The whole process is finished automatically. Such as raw material ratio, block forming, pallet feeding, pallet-block separated, pallet cleaning, pallet returning. And ect. The workers just need to control the whole system easily by surveilling. A lot of materials can be used to make all kinds of blocks. Not only sand concrete, but also industry waste or residue (for example: Fly ash, slag, steel residue, coal gangue), haydite, construction rubbish. It can produce blocks, hollow bricks, colour pavers, porous blocks, ect.
